Film & Cultural Events
The Film and Culture section keeps offering the framework to reflect upon the creative processes involved in filmmaking.
We look into the past, future, and, of course, the present of Latin American cinema. There is an opportunity to see a rarely screened 1960s film, with a discussion that will explore the relation between cinema and literature.
Another subject of interest is the change of paradigms that digital technology is bringing about. At Tate Modern we will participate in an exchange between two of the most exciting contemporary Latin American directors, which will enable us to look into the diversity of Latin American film today.
