Short films often display the creativity and future promise of up and coming filmmakers, and for this reason we are very pleased to present a significant and very varied programme of Latin American short films as part of the festival this year. The programme includes some highly creative and original short features and short documentaries from Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Cuba and Chile; notably these include several prize-winning animated films.
