Film Festival Accreditations
Our Accreditation Office will contact you once your application has been processed. Do not hesitate to contact us if you required any further information.

Media Accreditation
This applies to press agencies, written press, online press, radio and television.
Documents required to apply for Press accreditations: A letter from the editor in chief of your media designating you to cover the Festival.
For freelancers: A sample of your recent work related to the coverage of any cinematographic or similar cultural event.
Registration fee: £10 (per person) Please note that the above fee is applicable to the screenings only and not to the festival parties.
With the Press accreditation, you are entitled to free entrance to all our screenings at Odeon Cinemas except for Opening, Closing and Gala Nights.
Professional Accreditations
This applies to film industry professionals (producers, sales agents, distributors, directors, actors, cameramen, etc)
Documents required to apply for Professional accreditations:
A letter requesting accreditation written by the CEO of your company (or equivalent) specifying names and job titles of the people to be credited. The letter should be written on your company's letter-headed paper. A maximum of two people is allowed per registration.
Registration fee: £15 (per person)
The fee is applicable to the screenings only and not to the festival parties.
With the Professional accreditation, you are entitled to free entrance to all our screenings at Odeon cinemas including the Latin American Film Network workshop but excluding the Opening, Closing and Gala Nights.
Cultural Bodies Accreditations
This applies to cultural institutions, publishing companies, university lecturers and researches working on any topic related to film and media.
Documents required to apply for Cultural Bodies accreditations:
A letter from the director of the institution or head of university department specifying the names of the people to be accredited. The letter should be written on your company's letter-headed paper. A maximum of two people is allowed per registration.
Registration fee: £10 (per person)
The fee is applicable to the screenings only and not to the festival parties.
With the Cultural Bodies accreditation, you are entitled to free entrance to all our screenings at Odeon cinema except for Opening, Closing and Gala Nights.
