Discovering Latin America Rhythms Nights

As part of Discovering Latin America, Rhythms seeks to promote with passion the beauty, richness and diversity of Latin American culture through music and dance, alongside raising much needed funds for charities in that continent.

In the past, Rhythms has successfully produced annual large-scale events at high profile venues in London (such as The ICA, Cargo and Scala), and this year we are producing a series of music and dance events in the city, with more to follow in 2010! We will be showcasing the best of Latin American culture, involving highly talented acts straight from that region as well as artists based in the UK and Europe.

Rhythms will seek to continually build new audiences for Latin American music and performing arts. Throughout our events, we will proudly present artists performing a wide variety of Latin America's musical heritage as well as some new fusions that are normally less well known, broadening the horizons of the music-loving public in London.

In line with the DLA philosophy, Rhythms has a non-discriminatory policy for the programming with the intention of showcasing artists producing new and cutting edge projects besides those who produce more traditional work. This will definitely help us to deliver high quality events and ensure that all of our audiences are satisfied.
